You may also feel:

Emotional wreck, Emptiness, Encouragement, Envy, Exhaustion / Weakness, Fatigue, Fear of future, Feeling judged, Feeling like everything is in slow motion, Feeling like God isn't there, Feeling like something is missing, Feeling like you're doing something wrong, Feeling like you're losing your mind, Feeling like your faith isn't working, Feeling like your grief is marginalized, Feeling out of control, Feeling part of you is gone / ripped away, Feeling part of rushed, Feeling you're being burdened, Financial worries, Flashbacks, Forgetfulness, Frustration, Full of questions, Going through the motions, Guilt, Hallucination, Happy your loved one is no longer suffering, Heartbroken, Heightened emotions, Helping everyone but yourself, Helplessness, Hiding grief, Hope, Hopelessness and Hurt.

It is important to know that our thoughts and emotions are driving changes in our bodies every single moment. The continuous and repeated feelings of sorrow, fear, anxiety, anger, regrets etc. shift hormones and trigger negative responses that affect chemical balance in the whole body. This is not good in the final analysis of your health.

Do not let these feelings linger on for too long, your stable physical body is important for your overall well being.

This season will pass, and you don't want to have a medical condition to deal with after the emotional healing period.

This is good to note.

Psalms 55:22 NKJV

Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.
