Joseph in the Bible was sold as a slave. He was lied about and thrown into prison. These were very unpalatable experiences but it became the instrument God used to bring him into destiny.
Each one of us must have this attitude of faith to every challenge that life brings our way. Our response to life challenges determines the outcome.
The stumbling blocks of life can turn around to become the stepping stones for you. What men design to hurt us can aid us.
I can testify to this. A few days after my husband passed, my in-laws wrote a lengthy letter signed by the key members of their family. It was sent by courier to his company. In the letter, they requested for his bank account details and the contents, they demanded to know how much would be his pay off after death, and they wanted to know who would get the funds.
This was a big shock and surprise to the authority of the Company, considering the situations surrounding the death, and the state of the family. They figured out that going back home would be too dangerous for us, and that we had no one and no place to go back to. They did all they could to keep us back in safety, and for support. That has been a big blessing to us.
They meant it for evil, but God turned it round and used it to our advantage. This isn't a Bible story, it is my own personal experience. God is no respecter of persons, He will do much more for you too in this situation you found yourself.
See your challenges as a divine opportunity to bring forth his glory in you. If anyone is working against you God will be busy turning it around for your good. This is a divine assurance.
Gen 50:20
But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass as it is this day to save much alive.
