As you attempt to deal with your feelings, you may find it helpful to write them down, especially the painful ones. Writing will help to unload some of that pressure because it gives you a way to express your emotions.
The emotions that you cannot express or put into understandable words to people.
The painful feelings come and just seem to flood you. But there are a lot of ways to dilute the pain. If you have lost a loved one, write a letter. That will help you unload some of those feelings you have.
Address your letter to the person causing you the most pain and distress. It could be your lost loved one, a family member, or someone involved in the circumstances surrounding the death. You might be angry mostly with yourself. If your anger is directed at God, write a letter to Him. He alone can deliver you from your anger / pains / guilt. Sometimes, you just talk to Him as a child will talk to a Loving Father. Pour out your mind to Him like He as if you both are sitting together. Don't hold back. You will be surprised that He will take care of those pains miraculously.
1 Timothy 2:5 makes us understand that Jesus Christ is in the presence of the Father bringing our hurts, sorrows and weaknesses to Him when we are too weak to pray.
"May my cry come before you, O LORD; give me understanding according to your word. May my supplication come before you; deliver me according to your promise" (Psalm 119:169-170).
